My connection with the Divine began in childhood — I could sense subtle energies around me and would receive insights about people, places, and the unseen. At the time, I didn’t understand what was happening. It just felt natural — like something I could do without trying.

By the time I was 10, I started to shut those gifts down. Society didn’t teach me how to nurture them, so I assumed it was all just my imagination. Looking back, I can now clearly see those moments for what they were — my gifts in action.

After nearly a decade of pushing it all away (and navigating some really difficult life experiences), I began to reopen to what had always been there. That process required deep healing. I had to unlearn so much and rebuild what I believed — not just about the world, but about myself. Over time, I began to see my past trauma not as something to be ashamed of, but as something that led me toward peace, self-compassion, and greater understanding.

These days, I feel so much gratitude — for life, for love, and for the people I get to support. I truly feel that my purpose is to help others heal, to hold space for them as they release lifetimes of pain, patterns, and trauma — so they can feel truly free and reborn, like I do now.

And I say that gently, because I know how hard that can be to believe at first. I didn’t think it was possible either. But healing is possible. Freedom is possible. And I genuinely want to help you experience that for yourself.
